Policies
Cancellation Policy:
All clients are subject to a 48 hour cancellation notice requirement. All cancelations must be made using the online system 48 hours (or more) before their scheduled appointment start time. After which any partial or full service cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost at Michaela’s discretion. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost at Michaela’s discretion.
Late Policy:
Late appointments are allotted a 15-minute grace period. After which, appointments are considered a no-show and will be held subject to the cancellation policy and fully or partially rescheduled. Partially rescheduled appointments are still responsible for all charges associated with the originally booked appointment.
Chair Etiquette Policy:
All clients booked with Michaela will be expected to be respectful of others and avoid language that can be interpreted as discriminatory or offensive in any way. There is a zero tolerance policy for any discriminatory language including foul language regarding topics such as race, gender identity, sexual orientation, and belief systems. Michaela has the right to refuse service at any time if any behavior is deemed to be disrespectful.
